摘　　要：从系统论的观点,全面论述了整体护理的理论、功能、构成要素,以及整体护理的基本职能,即系统计划、系统组织、系统控制。A systematized holistic nursing model is discussed from aspects: helping patients improve quality and quantity of living functions is one of the most gratifying responsibilities in medicine, but this can also be one of the most complex, being not just about science and medicine, but also about the approach to care; encouraging nurses' initiatives that may contribute to individualized, innovative, creative care to better meet or exceed expectations; improving nursing quality especially in serious, difficult - to - differentiate cases; learning to effectively use and promote advantages and benefits of advanced nursing sciences, techniques, skills, methods; reforming the nursing education to suit the needs of all - sided nursing model.
