摘 要:针对现代农业生产中农机机群作业的调度问题,设计了一种新型高效率、低成本调度系统。系统分为调度端和农机机载端,通过RFID网络实现无线互联。调度端为整体系统的核心,不仅能记录各农机的当前状态信息,而且能接受用户新任务并自动分派给最合适的农机,实现最优调度;各机载端分布安装于农机驾驶室,通过RFID网络接收调度端的新任务并实时上报本机位置和工作状态。试用情况表明,本系统平均调度可靠性达99%,调度效率较传统方式平均提高了35.8%、调度成本平均降低了34.1%。RFID技术的引入显著提高了调度精度和可靠性、降低了调度成本,系统具有较高的实用和推广价值。In order to solve the shortcomings of the agricultural machines dispatch,a novel system was designed based on RFID.The System is into a dispatch side and many machinery airborne sides,each end through the RFID network for wireless Internet.Scheduling-end core of the system as a whole,not only records the current state of agricultural machinery information and can accept user and automatically assign new tasks to the most suitable machinery to achieve optimal scheduling;the distribution of airborne end installed among agricultural cabs,can be received through the RFID network scheduling side of the new mandate and real-time reporting of the location and status.Trial results showed that the average system operation reliability of up to 99%;this cluster scheduling system enables the application of the average increase in the efficiency of 35.8%,costs are reduced by an average of 34.1%.And the system has higher performance and practical value.
