摘 要:目的探讨肠内营养(EN)对乳腺癌术后患者营养状况的影响。方法将60例乳腺癌手术后患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。观察组:在常规治疗、普通饮食的基础上每日给予肠内营养。对照组:仅给予常规治疗和普通饮食。通过检测两组病人术前和术后的各项营养指标和免疫指标的变化,对两种治疗方式进行比较。结果观察组病人术后各项营养指标总蛋白(TP),白蛋白(ALB),前白蛋白(PA),血红蛋白(HGb)和TLC水平均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肠内营养可改善乳腺癌病人术后机体的营养状况,提高患者的免疫功能。Objective To explore the effect of enteral nutrition in the nutritional status of patients with breast cancer after surgery. Methods 60 cases of breast cancer after surgery were randomly divided into observation group ( n = 30 ) and control group ( n = 30) . Cases in observation group were given daily enteral nutrition besides routine treatment and ordinary di- et, while cases in control group were given routine treatment and ordinary diet only, Indicators of nutrition status and immune function were detected in two groups both before and after surgery. Results Levels of TP, ALB, PA, HGb and TLC were significantly higher in observation group than those in control group ( P 〈 0.05 ) . Conclusion Proper enteral nutrition can immprove nutritional status and immune function in patients with breast cancer after surgery.
