摘  要:皮肤性病学临床教学是五年制医学教育的组成部分,旨在培养专业知识技能以及综合临床思维方法。文章通过回顾性调查近5年内毕业的五年制医学本科生所具备的皮肤性病学理论知识、临床技能,以及对当年教学方法的评价,分析影响皮肤性病学教学效果的因素。结果发现,五年制医学生毕业五年内皮肤性病学基本知识技能仅50%左右,女性优于男性,影响教学效果的主要原因是教学内容与教学方式。教学内容与教学方式的改变是皮肤性病学临床教学改革的关键。Dermatology and Venereology clinical teaching is an integral part of the five-year medical education,designed to develop professional knowledge and skills as well as clinical thinking.By retrospective survey of nearly five years of graduation five-year medical undergraduates of Dermatology and Venereology with theoretical knowledge,clinical skills,as well as the evaluation of the teaching method,analyze the factors that affect the teaching effectiveness of Dermatology and Venereology.The five-year medical students graduate within five years of Dermatology and Venereology only 50% of the basic knowledge and skills to women than men,the main reason affecting the effectiveness of teaching is the teaching content and teaching methods.Teaching content and teaching methods change Dermatology of clinical teaching.
