民族地区全民健身公共服务研究——以新疆喀什地区为个案

摘　　要：运用文献资料、问卷调查等研究方法,分析了喀什民族地区全民健身公共服务的需求、供给、投入的特殊性,提出加快民族地区全民健身公共服务相关政策,以保障民族地区全民健身公共服务的合法权益;树立服务型政府形象,健全社会参与表达机制,转变政府责任缺失局面;构建以政府为主导、社会主体共同参与的公共服务多元机制供给形式,逐步完善公共服务的社会监督和评价制度等.With combination of documents and questionnaire investigations, this paper intends to analyze the par- ticularity of supply,demand and investment of public service for national physical fitness in Kashi Ethnic Minority Regions. So some development countermeasures were put forward ： Speed up the related policy research in national regions, safeguard national regions nationwide fitness public service＇s legitimate rights and interests;Set up a ser- vice-oriented government image, improve the society participation mechanism, transform the situation of govern- ment absence of responsibility;construct the government-led social subjects-participated jointly system, gradually perfect the public service society supervision and evaluation system.
