摘 要:尿液分析是《临床基础检验学》的重要内容,传统的实验教学由于受到一些实验条件和特殊标本难以采集的限制,给尿液有形成分检验教学带来诸多不便;同时先进知识和设备无法完全在课堂上展示。为了提高教学效果,我们建成了尿液有形成分专题学习资源网站,并应用于该课程的教学。实践证明,该网络教学模式不仅对加强学生实际操作技能培养、提高临床检验教学质量起到很大的促进作用,而且具有很大的可复制性及扩展性,对日后该课程的更新和完善打下良好的基础。Urine analysis is an important part of the course Basic Clinical Laboratory. restrictions of some experimental conditions and special specimen collection, the traditional teaching brings much inconvenience to laboratory teaching of urine visible components. Due to the experiment Advanced knowledge and equipment cannot be fully displayed in the classroom. To improve teaching effectiveness, we have constructed the special-subject learning resource site Of urine visible components and used it in teaching of the course. Practice proves that this network-based teaching pattern not only can greatly enhance the training of students'practical skills and the teaching quality of clinical laboratory, but also is of great replicability and popularization. It will lay a good foundation for updating and perfecting the course in the future.
