摘　　要：介绍了国内外有机硅单体甲基氯硅烷的生产现状,分析了甲基氯硅烷生产中废弃物及副产物的数量和种类,提出了废弃物和副产物的综合利用途径。The production situation of methylchlorosilane silicone monomer at home and abroad were in- troduced. Then the quantity and variety of wastes and by-products in methylchlorosilane production were dis- cussed. At last, the comprehensive utilization of the waste chlorosilane and by-products was suggested.
