摘　　要：人才战略是提升核心竞争力和综合国力的战略举措,拔尖人才是实现民族复兴的持久动力和强大支撑,培养拔尖创新人才是高校内涵发展的自觉行动.通过分析北京大学、浙江大学、四川大学和中国科技大学等4所国内知名高校拔尖创新人才培养模式典型性,探索拔尖创新人才培养模式的本质规律.西南大学在含弘学院创新人才培养模式探索中走本土化道路,注重系统化实现整体协同,回归教育本原.Talent cultivation is a strategic move to enhance the core competitiveness and overall national strength.Top-notch talent is the lasting power of national revival and strong support to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Training top-notch talents is a conscious action of the college of content development.This paper,by analyzing the typical training mode of top creative talents of Peking University,Zhejiang University,Sichuan University and University of Science and Technology of China,explores the essential rules of the top creative talent training mode.Mode innovation should adhere to the rules of national orientation,institutional system,the overall synergy,and return to education primitive.
