摘　　要：全民技能振兴工程是由河南省政府与人力资源和社会保障部共同推进的一项重点工作,旨在通过省部共建模式,推动中部地区在全面提升劳动者职业能力和加速技能人才培养方面实现新突破。新乡市高级技工学校2011年成功申报"年培训规模2万人的示范性技工教育集团"的项目,学校抓住发展的契机,确定发展的目标和任务,在扩大办学规模、完善实训设施、推进校企合作、实行多渠道筹资、加强监管力度等发面探索出新路。National Skills revitalization project by the provincial government and the Ministry of human resources and social security belongs to jointly promote the job of a key, designed by Ministry of ed- ucation mode, promote mid area to improve laborer occupation ability and speed skill personnel training to achieve new breakthrough. Senior technical school in Xinxiang in 2011 to declare the success of ＂ year of training in the scale of 20000 demonstration projects of technical education group＂, seize the opportunity of development of school, identified development goals and tasks, in expanding the scale of running schools, improve the training facilities, promote school--enterprise cooperation, execute much channel to raise fund, strengthen supervision etc to explore new way.
