摘  要:目的:探讨太阳病"风寒表证"欲解时白介素-4(IL-4)表达的规律,初步探寻正气的物质基础。方法:采用降温加吹冷风的方法致太阳病"风寒表证"大鼠模型,连续7d于太阳病欲解时(11:00-13:00)和对时(23:00-1:00)采血制备标本,应用酶联免疫吸附法测定,观察两时段IL-4的变化。结果:正常组与模型组IL-4呈现同步的昼夜节律与周节律变化;模型组IL-4的水平高于正常组(P<0.01)。结论:机体通过IL-4的生物学效应,发挥御邪、抗邪的作用,是太阳病自愈的机制之一;IL-4可能是中医正气的免疫学物质基础之一。Objective: To explore the correlation in taiyang disease to understand the interleukin 4 (IL-4) expression of the law, preliminarily explore the material basis of healthy qi. Methods: Using the method of cooling plus cold wind induced rat model of wind cold superficies syndrome on talyang disease, and for consecutive seven days ELISA method was used to detect IL-4 changes in blood during recovery period of taiyang diseases (11:00-13:00) and counter period (23:00-1:00). Results: IL-4 changes showed circadian rhythms and week rhythms; and 1L-4 level was higher than normal group(P〈0.01). Conclusion: Organism had preventing evil and dispelling evil functions through biological effects of IL-4, which was one of the self-healing mechanisms. As a result, IL-4 maybe one of material basises of immunity, as well as healthy qi in TCM.
