摘 要:目的探讨基层医院APN工作模式存在的问题及改进方法。方法采用访谈法与APN工作模式护士感受问卷调查的方式了解APN排班模式存在的问题,针对问题对护士实施转变观念教育、调整班次、提供午餐及心理支持等举措,连续实施6个月后评价效果。结果实施改进措施后护士感受得分、护理质量合格率及患者满意率显著优于改进前(均P<0.01)。结论改进后的APN排班模式对护士更人性化,有利于提高其工作积极性,从而提高护理质量和患者满意度。Objective To investigate problems in APN scheduling model in primary hospitals and to formulate countermeasures. Methods Problems in APN scheduling model were revealed by using interviewing and questionnaire survey. Measures were taken based on these problems including: education on change of nurses's concept, adjustment of shifts, provision of lunch and psycho- logical support. Effects were evaluated 6 months after the intervention. Results Scores of nurses' feeling were significantly de- creased and qualified rate of nursing quality and patient satisfaction were statistically improved after the intervention (P〈0.01 for all). Conclusion The modified APN scheduling model is more humane for nurses, which can promote their enthusiasm, so as to improve nursing quality and patient satisfaction.
