摘 要:横向供应管理是提高装备保障效率的有效途径,传统的研究通常假设转运在所有库存站点之间进行,但这种转运结构在很多应用领域都并非是最好的选择。针对该问题,提出了适用于具有不同缺货费用的横向供应策略下的多点库存单向转运模型,运用一种简单有效的启发式算法对模型进行求解,算法的正确性通过仿真进行了验证。数值实例表明单向转运模型能够有效地提高系统的满足率、可用库存量和缺货水平等性能参数,同时反映了所采取的转运措施对库存系统的影响,对于完善备件库存理论具有重要意义,为制定合理的备件优化方案提供决策依据。Management of multi-echelon transshipments is an effective approach to improving support effectiveness. A com- mon assumption in early papers is that transshipments are allowed between all locations. However, this configuration may not be the best choice in many fields. Focusing on the problem, a system where transshipments are allowed only in one di- rection is provided. Such a policy may be of interest if the locations have very different shortage costs. The technique is solved in a simple and efficient heuristic algorithm, and the simulation shows that the model produces accurate estimation. Numerical studies show unidirectional transshipment models improve various system performance indicators such as the fill rate, the average inventory on hand, and the average backorder level. The proposed method provides a good account of how unidirectional lateral transshipments affect the inventory system, which is of considerable significance for enriching the inventory theory and supplying decision assistance for a reasonable optimization project.
