摘　　要：骨形态发生蛋白（BMP）是一种多功能的细胞因子，不仅可以促进新骨形成，而且参与调控细胞生长、分化、迁移、凋亡以及胚胎和器官发生等过程。研究显示BMP还与肿瘤的发生和转移密切相关，在肿瘤治疗中具有重要的应用价值。Bone morphogenetic proteins （BMPs） are multi-functional growth factors, they are found not only inducer of new bone formation, but also have critical roles in cell growth, differentiation, migration, apoptosis, embryogenesis and organogenesis. Studies show that BMPs are closely related to tumorigenesis and metastasis, which have important practical values in tumour therapy.
