现代体育思想与高校公共体育教学模式改革

摘　　要：以体育史、学校体育学、现代教育学等基本理论为指导,对我国现代体育思想的内涵和演变进行阐述,分析我国现代体育思想与体育教学模式改革的内在关系,提出高校公共体育教学模式改革与创新发展的思路。研究认为,体育教学模式改革要以体育思想理念为基点,要符合现代社会发展对大学生身心健康、社会适应和创新能力的要求,既要从体育的内在价值出发,确立以"健康第一"思想为主导,终身体育意识培养为目标,自我实践、自我创新能力教育为核心,不断优化体育课程设置和组织形式,营造现代体育信息化学习环境,构建多元化、现代化的高校公共体育教育模式新体系。Taking the basic theory of the sports history ,school PE, modem education as the instruction, this paper carries on the elaboration to the connotation of China＇s modem sports thought and evolution, analyzes the relationship of China＇s modem sports thought and the reform of the teaching mode of college physical education. Public PE Teaching Reform in Colleges should take modem sports thought as the starting point, establish the thought of ＂health first＂ as the leading factor, consciousness of lifelong physical training as the goal, the practice of the self, the self education of innovation ability as the core, constantly optimize the sports curriculum and the form of organization, to create a modem sports information learning environment, new public sports education pattern in Colleges system construction of diversification.
