摘 要:大学生面临着严峻的就业压力,而越是在这种竞争激烈的背景下,大学生就越容易暴露自身对于职场认识的不足。没有求职经验,对于求职技巧又知之甚少,这样难免会在大学生心中产生一些心理障碍。传统的职业生涯规划已经不能满足当前大学生对于职场的需求,只有不断进行创新,才能更好地解决由大学生就业心理而产生的问题。团体心理游戏能够解决以上矛盾,充分利用其方式的灵活性、互动的充分性,给大学生就业指导注入更为新鲜的血液。College students face serious employment pressure and they are easier to expose their shortages for the understan- ding of workplaces under the background of fierce competitions. They arc hard to avoid some mental disorders without the ex- perience on job hunting and with less job-hunting skills. The traditional career planning has been already unable to meet the ne- eds of contemporary college students for workplaces. Only with continuous innovation, can we better solve the psychological problems of college students caused by employment. Group psychological games can solve the above conflicts and making full of its flexibility and interactivity can bring new vitality for the employment guidance of college students.
