中药药对提取物体外抑菌活性研究

摘　　要：探讨药对金银花—黄芪、金银花—大青叶醇提物体外对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌活性,以确定最佳药对配比。结果表明,黄芪—金银花的抑菌能力低于大青叶—金银花,大青叶—金银花4∶6时的抑菌能力最强,后者抑菌能力明显强于前者。大青叶—金银花4∶6时最小抑菌浓度为0.03g/mL,且对不同菌种的最小抑菌浓度不同,对大肠杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌的抑制作用相同,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌作用较弱。In order to determine the optimal ratio of medicine, the experiment respectively investigated the effect on the antibacterial activity of Escherichia coli , Staphylococcus aureus , Honeysuckle and Bacillus subtilis which were stimulated by the extract on alcohol of Astragalus membranaceus and Folium Isatidis. The results showed that the antibacterial ability of Astragalus - Honeysuckleis was inferior to the antibacterial ability of Folium Isatidis - honeysuckle. When the quality ratio of Folium Isatidis to Honeysuckle was 4 ： 6, the minimal inhibitory concentration was 0.03g/mL. The capability of antibiosis, the same tween Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis bacteriostasis was various among different strains. But the available inhibition on Staphylococcus aureus was weak.
