摘 要:试验旨在比较研究不同精粗比底物下酵母培养物、米曲霉提取物和植物精油对绵羊瘤胃体外发酵的影响。采用两因素交叉分组试验设计,因素一有4个水平,分别为对照组、添加酵母培养物、米曲霉提取物、植物精油;因素二有3个水平,分别为精粗比3:7、5:5、7:3;培养24 h进行采样并测定培养液pH值、NH3-N、VFA浓度。结果表明:①从整体趋势看,随着精粗比的增加,培养液VFA浓度逐渐增加,pH值、NH3-N浓度逐渐降低。②YC组在各精粗比底物下与对照组相比,极显著提高培养液VFA浓度,极显著降低pH值(P<0.01),对NH3-N浓度的影响仅在精粗比3:7和5:5达到显著水平(P<0.05)。③AO组在精粗比5:5底物下,与对照组相比,极显著增加乙酸、TVFA浓度(P<0.01);在精粗比7:3底物下,与对照组相比,显著增加乙酸(P<0.05),极显著增加TVFA浓度(P<0.01)。④EO组在精粗比7:3底物下,与对照组相比,极显著增加乙酸、丙酸和TVFA浓度(P<0.01),显著增加丁酸浓度(P<0.05)。This study was designed to evaluate effects of different additives on in vitro remen fermentation differing in forage-to-concentrate ratios. It was two factors cross group design, one factor had four levels of control, YC, AO and EO, the other factor had 3 different levels of forage to concentrate which were 3 : 7, 5 : 5, 7 : 3; After 24 h of incubation, fermentation fluid was collected and analyzed for pH, NH3-N and VFA. The results showed as follows: (1) With concentrate to forage ratios inereased, VFA concentration of the fermentation fluid were higher, pH and NH:N concentration were lower(P〉0.05). (2) YC increased VFA concentration and decreased pH and NH3-N concentration in different concentrate to forage ratio diets compared with control(P〈0.01); and decreased NH:N concentration in C : F 3 : 7 and 5 : 5 diets(P〈 0.05).(3)AO increased acetate and TVFA (P〈0.01) in a C : F 5 : 5 ratio diet; in a C : F 7 : 3 ratio diet, AO increased aeetate(P〈O.05)and TVFA(P〈0.01 ). (4) EO increased acetate, propiohate, TVFA concentration(P〈0.01), and butyric(P〈0.05)in a C : F 7 : 3 ratio diet compared with control.
