病理专业实用型人才培养的探索

摘　　要：随着我国医学事业的发展，需要大量的病理专业人才。南通大学从2006年起开办病理学本科专业，通过精心设计教学内容，建设“双师型”教学队伍，将教学与临床紧密结合，丰富学生的学习资源，拓展教学平台，优化教学条件及确定科学的评价方式，为学生营造个性化学习环境。使本专业培养的学生具备病理学的基本理论、基本知识和基本技能，其知识结构和职业能力等方面较好地适应了临床病理工作的需要。Development of medical science requires a large number of pathology professional talents. We started pathology courses for undergraduate from 2006. We elaborately designed teaching content, constructed ＇ double-professional＇ teaching staff, increased learning resources, expanded teaching platform, optimized teaching conditions, determined scientific evaluation mode and created personalized-learning environment. These undertakings made our students possesse basic theory, knowledge and skills and better adapt their knowledge structure and professional competence to the needs of clinical pathology.
