摘  要:研究低蛋白质日粮对肉仔鸡免疫功能的影响。试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组与对照组保持相同的代谢能水平,日粮粗蛋白质水平分别降低1.5和3个百分点,并通过添加合成氨基酸满足肉仔鸡对各种氨基酸的需要。结果表明:当日粮粗蛋白质水平降低1.5个百分点时,对其免疫功能没有产生明显的影响;当日粮粗蛋白质水平降低3个百分点时,其前期的免疫器官指数和新城疫抗体滴度显著降低,前期和后期的血清免疫球蛋白含量也表现出一定的变化。The experiment was conducted to study the effects of low protein diet on immune function of broilers. Group Ⅰ and Ⅱ contained the same levels of metabolic energy as the control group, but the crude protein levels were reduced by 1.5 and 3 percentage points, respectively. Meanwhile, synthetic amino acids were supplemented in order to meet the needs of broilers for various amino acids. The results showed that the immune function of the broilers didn't change significantly when dietary crude protein levels decreased by 1.5 percentage points; however, when the protein level was 3 percentage points lower than the con- trol, the immune organ index and Newcastle disease antibody titers in early test were reduced significantly and the contents of serum immunoglobulins also changed to some degree.
