情安喘定片中盐酸克仑特罗的含量均匀度测定

摘　　要：目的建立情安喘定片中盐酸克伦特罗含均匀度的测定方法。方法用分子印迹固相萃取法进行样品的前处理,以Hypersil C18为色谱柱,0.1%的三氟乙酸水溶液-乙腈(80∶20)为流动相,检测波长245nm,进行高效液相色谱测定。结果盐酸克伦特罗在0.41～41.12μg·mL-1范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为103.00%,(RSD=0.31%,n=6)。结论方法选择性强,灵敏度高,适用于含量均匀度测定。OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of counttent uniformity of clenbuterol hydrochloride in Qinganchuanding tabella.METHODS Molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction column was used for sample pretreatment,Hypersil C18 column was used,the mobile phase was composed of 0.1% TFA and Acetonnitrile（80∶ 20）,the detection wavelength was 245 nm.RESULTS The linear range was 0.41-41.12μg·mL-1（r=0.9999） for clenbuterol hydrochloride,the average recovery of clenbuterol hydrochloride was 103%（RSD=0.31%,n=6）.CONCLUSION This method issimple,rapid and can be used for determination of counttent uniformity.
