摘　　要：目的:探讨方言训练结合针灸治疗脑卒中运动性失语的疗效。方法:将80例脑卒中运动性失语患者随机分为治疗组、对照组(各40例)。治疗组方言训练结合针灸治疗,对照组用普通话训练。结果:治疗组总有效率95.0%,对照组有效率82.5%。两组疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:方言训练结合针灸治疗脑卒中运动性失语疗效肯定,易于推广,适合临床。Objective：To discuss the curative effect o~＂ dialect training combined with acupuncture and moxibustion treat- ment of stroke with motor aphasia. Method ： 80 stroke patients with motor aphasia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group （40 cases each）. The treatment group was subject to dialect training combined with acupuncture treatment while the control group was subject to Mandarin training. Result： Total effectiveness of treatment group was 97.5%, while in control group was 82.5%. The difference of the two groups was with statistical significance. Conclu- sion：The curative effect of dialect training combined with acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of stroke is positive, the treatment is easy to advocate, and applicable clinically.
