摘　　要：通过分析研究生管理决策方法课程的特点,发现实验教学中存在实验内容不完善、案例不充实、实验教材缺乏和实验师资紧缺等问题。针对这些问题,从实验环节设计、实验工具选择、实验内容构建、实验条件支撑这4方面对该课程的实验体系进行了设计,其中重点进行了实验内容的构建。通过管理决策方法课程实验体系的设计,清晰了实验环节,明确了实验内容,规范了实验教学,提高了实验教学效果。This paper analyzes the characteristics of the graduate students＇ Management Decision-making Methods courses. It＇s found that in experimental teaching the experimental contents are not perfect and full, the experimental teaching materials are not sufficient, the experimental teachers are shortages and so on. To solve these problems, the experimental system of graduate students＇ Management Decision-making Methods course is redesigned. The main contents include the following four aspects： selection of experimental tools, design of experimental links, construction of experiments contents and support of experimental conditions. The construction of the experimental contents is concentrated on. Through these methods, the inadequacies of the course＇s experimental system are solved to a great extent and the experimental teaching effect is improved.
