摘　　要：创新型人才是建设创新型国家的力量和重要依托,高校担负着创新型人才培养的历史使命。阐述了创新型人才培养的途径和方式,进一步探讨了如何依托实验室平台,充分发挥高校实验室平台在创新型人才培养中的作用。The innovative talent is strength and an important foundation for constructing an innovative country. Colleges and universities shoulder the historical mission of training innovative talents. This paper expounds the way and means of training innovative talents, to further explore how to give full play to the role of the university laboratory platform in the cultivation of innovative talents relying on the laboratory platform.
