摘　　要：阐述了国家重点实验室文化建设的意义、优秀实验室文化的营造以及生命分析化学国家重点实验室在实验室文化建设中的实践及成果。细述了如何塑造实验室精神、创新实验室文化建设、建立宽松和谐的学术气氛、强化团队协作和引领前沿学术研究等实验室文化建设问题。The cultural construction is the spirit power of continuous development of the laboratory. The excellent laboratory culture may play an important role in showing the social influence and the attraction of laboratory, pomoting the laboratory members to form a common belief and harmonious atmosphere as well as create the sense of cohesion and encourage creativity. This article discusses the significance of the state key laboratorys＇ cultural construction, the excellent laboratorys＇ culture building and the practice and achievement of state key laboratory of analytical chemistry for life science in laboratory cultural construction.
