摘 要:采取微波-碱水法提取泉州湾产南方碱蓬叶总黄酮(LFSA),以紫外分光光度法所测定的总黄酮提取率为指标,采用单因素实验与5因素4水平L16(45)正交实验筛选碱水的pH值、微波功率、液料比、微波处理时间4个因素的4个水平的最佳组合.结果表明:碱水的pH值对LFSA提取率有显著影响(P<0.05),LFSA微波-碱水法提取的最佳工艺条件为pH 13、微波功率600 W、液料比70、微波处理时间9 min、提取次数1次,在此条件下,总黄酮提取率为4.87%.Total flavones of Suaeda australis leaves (LFSA) in Quanzhou Bay Wetland were extracted by the microwave-alkali water method. Taking the extraction rate of total flavone determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry as an inspecting index, the microwave-alkali water optimization of water pH, microwave power,ratio of liquid to material and time of microwave treatment microwave- alkali water extraction process were achieved by single experiment and L16 (45 ) orthogonal test. The results showed that alkali water pH has significant effect on the extraction rate of total flavonoids.the optimum extraction conditions of microwave-alkali water method are as follows, the alkali water pH value being 13 ,the microwave power as 600 wattage,ratio of liquid to material being 70, microwave treatment time as 9 minute and making the extraction for one time. Under such condition, the extraction rate of total flavones is 4.87 %.
