摘　　要：蒙古族同中国其他各民族一样,是一个富有道德情感和道德传统的民族。这些道德情感和道德传统,一方面通过历史著作反映出来,一方面通过行为实践反映出来;一个是理论形态的,一个是实践层面的,二者相结合,就成为蒙古族文化中最核心的部分,在蒙古族的历史发展进程中一直发挥着极其重要的作用。在继往开来,与时俱进,全面建设小康、和谐社会,实现各民族共同团结奋斗,共同繁荣发展,加快推进社会主义现代化开创中国特色社会主义事业新局面的今天,认真发掘、整理、继承和弘扬蒙古族伦理道德思想及其文化,无疑是一项意义深远的工作。Mongolia minority is a nationality having rich moral leehngs and moral tracllnons, wmen are re- fleeted through historical works on the one hand, and behavior and practice on the other hand. The former is a theoretical form, the latter is on a practice level. The combination of the two ones becomes the core part of Mongolia culture, and is always playing an important role in the historical development course of Mongolia mi- nority. Nowadays, we carry on past traditions and open up a well - off and harmonious society, striving for a united country cialist building with Chinese characteristics, sparing no effort teristics.
