贵州平塘布依族7项不对称行为特征的研究

摘　　要：目的:了解贵州平塘布依族不对称行为特征的分布情况,籍以丰富和积累国人体质人类学和群体遗传学研究资料。方法:采用学术界公认的群体遗传学调查方法,遵循整群随机抽样原则,对908名(男488,女420)生活在贵州平塘县的布依族7项不对称行为特征(扣手、利手、利足、利眼、叠臂、叠腿、起步类型)进行活体观察。调查对象年龄7～55岁,三代均为布依族。结果:(1)7项不对称行为特征的出现率右型高于左型,男女间差异均无显著性;(2)扣手与利手、扣手与利足、扣手与利眼、扣手与起步类型、利手与利足、利手与叠臂、利手与叠腿、利足与叠腿、利足与起步类型、叠臂与叠腿、叠腿与起步类型之间存在相关性(P<0.05或P<0.01);(3)与我国其他24个民族群体7项不对称行为特征聚类分析的结果显示:贵州平塘布依族与贵州汉族、畲族最为接近,与贵州三都布依族和广西仫佬族次之,与内蒙古蒙古族、达斡尔族、汉族、朝鲜族、回族和天津汉族较远。结论:贵州平塘布依族7项不对称行为特征的性别差异不明显,特征间存在一定相关性。Objective： To understand dominance in Bouyei population of Pingtang distributive characteristics of behavioral traits of lateral functional in Guizhou, in order to enrich and accumulate the data for the study of physical anthropology and human population genetics. 420 females） aged between 7 to 55 years old was investigated dominance （hand clasping, handedness, foot preference, eye Methods： a sample of 908 cases （488 males, on seven behavioral traits of lateral functional preference, arm folding, leg folding and stride type） in Bouyei population living in Pingtang county in Guizhou. Parents, grandparents and maternal grand- parents were studied. Results： （ 1 ） The frequencies of right type on seven traits of Bouyei population are much higher than that of left type. There was no sexual difference in Bouyei population on seven There was significant correlation among, hand clasping and handedness, hand clasping and foot hand clasping and eye preference, hand clasping and stride type, handedness and foot preference, and arm folding, handedness and leg folding, foot preference and leg folding, foot preference and traits. （2） preference, handedness stride type,arm folding and leg folding, leg folding and stride type （P 〈0. 05 or P 〈0. 01 ）. （S） On the basis of the dendrogram of the Bouyei population and other 24 ethnic populations in China, the behavioral traits of lateral functional dominance of the Bouyei population of Pingtang in Guizhou is most closely related to the Han and She in Guizhou, is similar to the Bouyei in Sandu county in Guizhou, Mulao in Guangxi, and is remotely re- lated to the Mongol, Daur, Han, Chaoxian, Hui in Neimenggu and Han in Tianjin. Conclusion： The fre- quencies of seven behavioral traits of lateral functional dominance traits have no sexual difference, and a few correlations are found between these traits of Bouyei population of Pingtang in Guizhou.
