贵州省某贫困县卫生人力资源现状调查分析

摘　　要：目的:对贵州省某贫困县公立医疗机构的卫生人力资源进行全面调查,了解其卫生技术人员配置状况。方法:用问卷调查法和访谈法对某贫困县的公立医疗机构进行全面调查,将调查数据核准用EXCEL录入,并对数据资料进行统计分析。结果:该贫困县每千人口卫生人员数、卫生技术人员数、注册护士数分别为1.16人、0.48人、0.40人。结论:全县公立医疗机构卫生人员总量不足,医技人员严重匮乏,卫生技术人员配置不合理,学历和职称层次偏低,但年龄结构较合理。Objective： To investigate health human resource of public medical institutions in a poor county in Guizhou province, and to know the configuration status health workers. Methods： Using question- naire method and interviewing method to fully investigate public medical institutions in a poor county, and then check the survey data and entering it by the EXCEL. Results： The number health officers is 1. 16 per 1 000 people ; the number health workers are 0. 48 per 1 000 people ; the number of registered nurses is 0. 40 per 1 000 people. Conclusion： The amount of health officer in public health medical institutions in the poor county is not enough, and the medical technicians are seriously deficient. Configuration of health workers is unreason- able, whose education background and professional title are lower, but age structure is reasonable.
