大类招生背景下以学生为本多样化教学模式探究——以“数据库原理”课程为例

摘　　要：分析了大类招生背景下人才培养的目标实际上是培养具有自主学习、自我管理、自我评价等综合能力的"通才"。而现行教学模式出现很多与大类招生不相适应的弊端,表现在重教师主导轻学生主体、重课堂教学轻实践环节、重知识传授轻能力培养、重单一传授轻启发引导,这些弊端不利于学生综合能力的提升。以"数据库原理"课程为例详细探讨以学生为本多样化教学模式,给出每种教学模式具体的实施方法、实施计划和培养目标。其中涉及到的教学模式有行为修正模式、社会互动模式、人格发展的个人模式和信息加工模式。这些模式在教学过程中灵活运用,相得益彰,有效提高了大学生的快速学习、社会交往、抽象思维、实际动手、求异思维等多种能力,从而促进大类招生模式的顺利开展。The goal of personnel training in the context of classified recruiting is actually to train the ＂generalist＂ with the abilities of independent learning,self-management,self-evaluation,etc.The current teaching model has a lot of drawbacks incompatible with the classified recruiting such as： attaching importance to teacher-led not student-oriented,attaching importance to classroom teaching not practice,attaching importance to knowledge imparting not ability training and attaching importance to single teaching not enlightening guiding.These defects are not beneficial to the enhancement of students＇ comprehensive ability.This paper studies a kind of student-oriented diversified teaching mode and gives an example of ＂Database theory＂ course.At the same time the paper gives the specific implementation methods,implementation plan and training objectives of each teaching model in detail.The involved teaching mode includes behavior modification mode,social interaction mode,personal mode of personality development and information processing mode.The flexible use and complement each other of these modes in the teaching process effectively improve the college students＇ abilities of rapid learning,social interaction,Abstract thinking,manipulation and divergent thinking.Therefore,it facilitates the smooth implementation of classified recruitment.
