摘　　要：介绍了离心脱水机振动性能对设备和生产的影响,以及利用伺服电机和偏心轮组在脱水机启停阶段动态调整偏心力矩、改善设备启停阶段振动情况的方法。在理论上分析了该方法的特点,阐述了该方法在实际应用中的可行性。This paper introduced the influence of vibration performance on centrifugal dehydrator, and presented the method of using servo motor and eccentric wheel to change the eccentric moment to improve the vibration of the equipment in dewatering machine start-up stage. The characteristics of this method were theoretically analyzed, and the feasibility of the method for improving the vibration of centrifugal dehydrator was verified.
