摘　　要：新时期的高职院实践育人工作包含学生理想信念教育、生存发展锻炼、人文精神塑造、创新创业拓展、社会认知参与等方面,高职院共青团是每所高职院开展实践育人工作的重要力量,该文章以作者所在单位为例从意义、内容和重点工作等三个方面阐述了高职院共青团实践育人体系的构建。In the new era,practical cultivation of higher college includes the education of students＇ ideal and belief,the training of survival and development,the extension of innovation and entrepreneurship,the involvement in social cognition and so on.The youth league of higher college is the essential power in the field of practical cultivation for every college.This article,which takes the college of the writer for example,analyzes the construction of practical cultivation system for youth league of higher college from three aspects ： meaning,contents and emphasis of the work.
