放疗联合NP方案同步治疗Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨放疗联合NP方案同步化疗Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌的安全有效性。方法将本院纳入标准的80例Ⅲ期tH,细胞肺癌患者随机分成2组：实验组40例，采用放疗联合NP方案同步化疗；对照组40例，采用放疗联合TP方案同步化疗。观察比较两组的近期疗效、远期疗效及毒副反应。结果实验组的鳞癌有效率明显高于对照组、腺癌有效率明显低于对照组（P〈0．05），组间近期疗效比较无显著性差异（P〉0．05）；实验组的1年、3年局部控制率以及生存率与对照组相比均无显著性差异（P〉0．05）；实验组的静脉炎发生率明显高于对照组、肌肉关节痛发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0．05），其他毒副反应的发生情况相当。结论放疗联合NP方案同步化疗Ⅲ期非细胞肺癌的疗效肯定、耐受性良好，尤其适用于鳞癌化疗。Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of radiotherapy combined with NP regimen chemotherapy in the treat- ment of II1 non-small cell lung. Methods The 80 cases of m non-small cell lung cancer patients admitted to hospital were random- ly divided into two groups, the treatment group （ n = 40） and the control group （ n = 40）. The treatment group was given radiothera- py combined with NP regimen chemotherapy, and the control group was given radiotherapy combined with TP regimen chemothera- py. The short - term efficacy, long-term efficacy, and the adverse reactions in 2 groups was observed and compared. Results The effective rate of squamous cell carcinoma in the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group, the effective rate of adenocarcinoma was significantly lower （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; but the short - term efficacy between the groups showed no significant differ- ence （P 〉0.05）;the local control rate and survival rate after treatment lyear,3 years between the groups showed no significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ） ; the incidence of phlebitis in the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group, the inci- dence of muscle and joint pain was significantly lower （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; score of KPS and QLQ-C30 in the treatment group was signifi- cantly better than the control group（ P 〈 0.05） ; the other adverse reactions in 2 groups was no significant difference （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Radiotherapy combined with NP regimen chemotherapy in the treatment of llI non-small cell lung cancer is effective, well tolerated, and is particularly suitable for squamous cell carcinoma chemotherapy.
