吉西他滨加顺铂联合腹腔温热化疗治疗复发转移性卵巢癌疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察吉西他滨加顺铂联合腹腔温热化疗（IPHC）治疗复发转移性卵巢癌的临床疗效。方法 26例晚期转移性卵巢癌患者,给予吉西他滨加顺铂联合IPHC治疗,观察其疗效及其不良反应。结果 完全缓解（CR）5例,部分缓解（PR）14例,稳定（SD）5例,进展（PD）2例,有效率73.7%。结论 IPHC与化疗联合应用可增加药物对癌组织的渗透性,加强化疗药的细胞毒作用,对晚期转移性卵巢癌效果明显。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of gemcitabine plus cisplatin combined with hyperthermia in the treatment of recurrent metastatic ovarian cancer.Methods 26 patients with advanced metastatic ovarian cancer were given intravenous gemcitabine,cisplatin CHPP treatment.The efficacy and adverse reactions were observed.Results After chemotherapy,complete remission（CR） 5 patients and partial remission（PR） 14 cases,stable（SD） 5 cases,progress（PD） 2 cases,the effective rate was 73.7%.Conclusion Therapy combined with chemotherapy can be used to enhance the cytotoxicity of chemotherapeutic drugs to increase the permeability of drugs on cancer,can improve survival and quality of life of patients,especially for middle and late advanced metastatic ovarian cancer,the clinical effects are particularly obvious.
