摘 要:针对搅拌车在不同工况下常出现的后支撑台断裂故障,采用拓扑优化的方法对搅拌车后支撑台进行优化设计。以多工况变形能为目标函数,体积比为约束函数,通过变密度法进行结构拓扑优化设计,并根据拓扑优化结果提取出新的支撑后台结构。对拓扑优化后的结构在扭转工况下进行分析,结果表明该结构在扭转工况下的强度满足正常行驶需求,达到了拓扑优化目的。An analysis and optimization of a mixer truck. On the basis of a certain type mixing truck that would get broken rear braces under certain working conditions we adopted a topological optimal design as solution to the trouble. We set distortional energy under various working conditions as the objective function, and volume ratio as a restraint function to have optimized the design in topological construction through a variable density process on which basis put forth a new brace structure for the rear platform. Again, we analyzed the optimized construction under torsion conditions to have got a strength value that can satisfy normal traveling demand under structural turning conditions, thus attaining the topological optimal objective.
