摘 要:目的观察饮食中铁含量和运动2个因素对雄性大鼠海马中非血红素铁(NHI)含量以及其他金属离子(钠、镁、钾、锰、钙、铜、锌)的影响。方法采用刚断乳雄性SD大鼠65只,随机分为饮食低铁含量组、标准铁含量组和高铁含量组,每组再分为运动组和静息组。按不同的铁含量喂饲1个月后,运动组开始游泳,每天1次,每周5 d,持续3个月,静息组除运动外,其余处理与相应的运动组相同。末次运动后,禁食24 h,在戊巴比妥钠麻醉下取静脉血测定红细胞相关指标和血液铁状态指标,取全脑,快速分离出海马,测定海马中NHI、钠、镁、钾、锰、钙、铜、锌含量。结果饮食不同铁含量对大鼠血红蛋白(Hb)和血清铁(SI)有影响;运动对海马钙、铜、锌含量有影响;饮食不同铁含量对大鼠海马中钙、铜含量有显著影响;运动和饮食不同铁含量对大鼠海马铁和铜含量有交互效应。结论雄性大鼠在低铁含量饮食下长期运动降低海马铁贮存;运动对海马钙含量的影响与饮食铁含量无关,而对铜含量的影响与食物中铁含量有关。[Objective]To investigate the effects of dietary iron contents and exercise on hipocampal NHI contents and other metal ions(sodium,magnesium,potassium,manganese,calcium,copper,zinc) in male rats.[Methods]A total of weaning male rats were assigned into a dietary iron deficiency group,a dietary iron sufficiency group and a dietary high iron content group,and the animals in each group was further assigned into an exercise group and a sedentary group.After feeding for 1 month,the rats in each exercise group entered a swimming program of 1 time per day(5 days per week) for 3 months,and the rats in the sedentary groups were given the same treatment except swimming.Animals were fasted for 24 hours after the last exercise regimen and fasting blood samples were collected under pentobarbital anesthesia for analyzing related index of red blood cells and serum iron.The brain was removed immediately,and the hippocampus were isolated to determine the NHI contents and sodium,magnesium,potassium,manganese,calcium,copper,zinc contents.[Results] Dietary iron contents could affect Hb and SI in male rats.Exercise could affect the calcium,copper and zinc contents in hippocampus;and dietary iron contents could significantly affect the calcium and copper contents in hippocampus;exercise and different dietary iron contents had the interactive effects on the iron contents and copper contents in hippocampus of male rats.[Conclusion]In low-iron dietary,long-term exercise aggravates rats iron deficiency in hippocampus.Effect of exercise on calcium contents in hippocampus is not associated with dietary iron contents,but on copper is on the contrary.
