射频热治疗后子宫平滑肌瘤细胞的电镜观察及治疗原理研究

摘　　要：目的　通过对射频热治疗后的离体子宫进行电镜观察 ,探讨射频热治疗子宫肌瘤的原理。方法　对射频热治疗后及未行治疗的离体子宫肌瘤进行超微结构观察。结果　与正常子宫平滑肌瘤细胞相比 ,射频热治疗后瘤细胞呈明显空泡变性 ,核膜间隙明显扩张 ,胞浆肿胀 ,可见大量空泡化的线粒体 ,一些细胞破裂 ,仅剩细胞核。结论　研究证明射频热治疗能有效地破坏肌瘤细胞 ,从而达到治疗子宫肌瘤目的。射频热治疗是一种简单、安全、痛苦小 ,创伤轻、无切口的治疗子宫肌瘤的方法 。Objective To investigation the mechanism of Radio-Frequency treatment by using electron microscopy to observe the uterine leiomyoma cells after Radio-Frequency treatment.Methods Observing the tissues of uterine leiomyoma with or without Radio-Frequency treatment after surgical operation under EM.Results Compared with the tissues of uterine leiomyoma without Radio-Frequency treatment,the leiomyoma cells from treated uterine tissue remarkably degenerated with vascuoligation of mitochondnon and cytoplasm.Some cells were destructed completely.The organ cells in the cytoplasm diaappeared and only nuclei can be seen.Conclusions The leiomyoma cells can be destructed efficiently by using Radio-Frequency.It is a simple and safe method without introducing an incision,therefore painless and worthwhile studying further.
