摘  要:介绍失重法飞灰测碳在线执行机构的工作原理,分析该机构存在的问题,提出用气动机械手代替飞灰测碳机构的中心升降旋转工位;在此基础上对飞灰测碳机构应用气动机械手进行探索,指出应用气动机械手的优势。同时对气动机械手进行整体设计。根据气动机械手的设计与飞灰测碳机构的工作过程,对气动机械手使用Pro/E进行了动态模拟仿真,并输出数据曲线,对仿真结果进行分析。得出如下结论:气动机械手代替中心升降旋转工位在飞灰测碳机构上应用具有可行性,可降低机构故障率,延长其使用寿命。The working principle of the weightlessness fly ash carbon content online measurement actuator was introduced. The existed problems were analyzed. It was proposed that pneumatic manipulator was used on the weightlessness fly ash carbon content on-line measurement actuator. The advantages of application about pneumatic manipulator were pointed out. The pneumatic manipulator was designed at the same time. Based on the design of pneumatic manipulator and the working process of weightlessness fly ash carbon content online measurement actuator, Pro/E software was used on pneumatie manipulator for dynamic simulation, then data curves were given, and the simulation results were analyzed. Finally the following conclusions are drawn: it is available to use pneumatic manipulator on the weightlessness fly ash carbon content online measurement actuator, the online actuator failure rate can be reduced, and its life can be extended.
