摘 要:目的探讨COX-2、VEGF-C在宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达及临床病理特征的关系。方法选用组织芯片运用免疫组化S-P法检测COX-2、VEGF-C在150例宫颈鳞癌组织、15例宫颈CIN组织、15例正常宫颈组织中的表达。结果 COX-2、VEGF-C在宫颈鳞癌组织中表达的阳性率分别为79.3%(119/150)、82.6%(125/150);在CIN组织为40.0%(6/15)和33.3%(5/15),在正常宫颈组织为13.3%(2/15)和20.0%(3/15)。宫颈鳞癌组织中COX-2的阳性表达与病理学分级、临床分期及淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),与患者年龄、肿块大小均无关(P>0.05)。宫颈鳞癌组织中VEGF-C的阳性表达与临床分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),与患者年龄、肿块大小和病理学分级均无关(P>0.05)。两蛋白阳性表达呈正相关(r=0.398,P<0.01)。随访5年的107例患者中COX-2、VEGF-C阳性患者的5年生存率均分别低于COX-2、VEGF-C阴性患者。结论 COX-2、VEGF-C的高表达参与中老年宫颈鳞癌的发生发展,并且两蛋白具有协同作用,检测两蛋白的表达情况可作为临床肿瘤生物学行为和患者预后判断的参考指标。Objective To detect the expressions of COX-2 and VEGF-C in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and investigate their correlations in cervical squamous cell carcinoma.Methods The expressions of COX-2 and VEGF-C in 150 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma,15 cases of CIN tissues and 15 cases of normal human cervical tissues were determined by tissues array and S-P method of IHC.Results The positive overexpression rates of COX-2 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma,CIN tissues and normal human cervical tissues were 79.3 %(119/150),40.0%(6/15) and 13.3%(2/15),respectively.The positive overexpression rates of VEGF-C in cervical squamous cell carcinoma,CIN tissues and normal human cervical tissues were 82.6%(125/150),33.3%(5/15) and 20.0%(3/15),respectively.The positive expression of them in malignant group were significantly higher than those in the CIN tissues and normal group(P<0.05).The positive expression of COX-2 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma were related to the tumor histological grade,clinical stage and metastasis of lymph node(P<0.05).The positive expression of VEGF-C in cervical squamous cell carcinoma were related to tumor clinical stage and metastasis of lymph node(P<0.05).The positive expressions of COX-2 and VEGF-C were not associated with the patient's age and size of tumor(P>0.05).Furthermore,the significantly positive expression correlation between COX-2 and VEGF-C was shown(P<0.01).Among the 5-year follow-up data of 107 cases,the 5-year survival rate of patients with COX-2 and VEGF-C positive expressions was lower than that with these two proteins negative expressions,respectively.Conclusion The high expressions of COX-2 and VEGF-C proteins play an important role in the development of cervical squamous cell carcinoma in old women with a synergistic effects of these two proteins.Detection of COX-2 and VEGF-C expressions could be used as the reference index for the tumor's biological behavior and patients' prognosis.
