摘　　要：目的:通过检测大鼠口腔压力侧Wnt3a和Wnt4是否表达,初步探讨其与口腔正畸骨改建的关系。方法:共采用20只成年雄性Wistar大鼠,分别在正畸加力4个时间点:第1,3,7,14天取材,用于HE染色和免疫组织化学检测。结果:免疫组化中,Wnt3a在4个时间点均有阳性细胞表达,Wnt4未检测到。结论:在大鼠口腔正畸骨改建中Wnt3a表达与口腔正畸相关。Objective： To observe whether Wnt3a and Wnt4 were expressed in the pressure side of the dental orthodontic bones of rats so as to discuss the the oral orthodontic bone reconstructions. Methods： relationship between the two expressions and 20 male Wistar rats were selected as sujects. Force was applied to the model at four time points respectively when orthodontics, and the first mo- lar and periodontal tissue samples were drawn on the 1st, 3rd, 7th and 14th day for HE dyeing and im- munohistochemical detection. Results： Wnt3a had positive expression in the four time points but Wnt4 had not been detected in immunohistochemical detection. Conclusion： Wnt3a has expression in rats oral orthodontic bone reconstruction, which is preliminarily inferred that it may be related with the oral orthodontics.
