显微镜下100例1岁内患儿腭帆张肌、腭帆提肌重建术修复腭裂的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨一种具有良好腭咽闭合功能腭裂修复的方法。方法:采用Sommerlad腭帆提肌重建术,对100例1岁内腭裂进行显微镜下手术修复,手术后对50例患者进行回访。结果:其语音清晰,腭咽闭合好47例。结论:腭帆张肌、腭帆提肌重建术恢复正常腭帆提肌的解剖位置,能充分发挥其生理功能,获得良好的腭咽闭,是一种值得推荐应用的功能性腭裂修复方法。Objective. To investigate a cleft palate repair method with better velopharyngeal occlusion functions. Methods. 100 cases of within 1-year old children were performed cleft palate repairs un- der the microscope with Sommerlad levator veli palatinimuscle reconstruction, and 50 patients were followed-up after operations. Results. 47 cases had better velopharyngeal competence and clear voice. Conclusion.The palatal tensor veil palatini muscle and levator veli palatini muscle reconstruc- tion can restore its normal anatomic position give full play to its physiological functions, and obtain good velopharyngeal functions. It is a recommendable functional method of cleft palate repair.
