摘　　要：目的监测食盐碘含量及相关情况。方法于2012年5月25日对正安县居民食用盐进行采样、监测工作。结果共采集300份食用盐,合格297份,合格率为99.0%,存在部分不合格碘盐。结论上级相关部门应追加经费投入,增加碘盐监测频率与力度,公安及工商等行政执法部门应加大打击不法分子贩卖不合格碘盐的力度,以确保广大居民食用上放心碘盐,提高正安县人口素质。Objective To monitor the iodine content of edible salt and the related information. Methods Sampling and inspection of edible salt among the residents in Zheng＇an county were conducted on May 25,2012. Results Among 300 collected samples of edible salt, 297 samples were eligible with the qualified rate of 99.0%. Partial unqualified iodine salt existed. Con- clusion Superior relevant departments should invest additional funds,increase the monitoring frequency of iodine salt and strength.The administrative enforcement authorities like the public security bureau and the industrial and commercial bureau should strengthen to crack down the sell of unqualified edible salt by the lawless persons and ensure the residents to eat qualified salt and improve the population quality in Zheng＇an county.
