摘　　要：目的　总结分析髁状突纵形骨折的发病、诊断和治疗方法。方法　共收治 11例 14侧髁状突纵型骨折的患者 ,经过病史、体格检查、X线片、CT及三维CT诊断 ,选择开放性手术。结果　所有病例在咬合关系、张口度、颞下颌关节区疼痛、弹响、下颌骨运动时偏斜、伤口愈合等方面均获得良好疗效。结论　髁状突纵型骨折虽然较为少见 ,但必须引起足够重视。正确诊断。Objective This article is mentioned to study the incidence, diagnosis, management of the vertical condylar fractures. Methods 11 patients, 14 cases of the veritcal condylar fractures, were treated in our department between June 1997 and August 1998. All the patients were diagonsed through history, physical examination, radiographs, computed tomography scan and three-dimentional reconstruction of a computed tomograpy scan, treated with various sugrical approachs. Results All the patients had got satisfactory postoperative result in the aspects of occlusion, degree of opening, joint noise, pain in the area of temporomandibular joint, deviation in mandibular motion and healing of the incision. Conclusion Enough attention should be paid to the vertical condylar fractures. The key to a successful open operation is the correct diagnosis, the accurate reduction and the stable fixation. [
