摘　　要：文章介绍了苦卤—烧碱法生产阻燃级氢氧化镁过程中,采用不同的压滤和洗涤方法对产品质量的影响。试验结果表明,沉淀反应后对氢氧化镁浆料只压滤不洗涤,水热处理后压滤、洗涤两次,不仅降低了劳动强度,解决了沉淀反应后的氢氧化镁因粘度大难洗涤的问题,同时降低了生产成本。This paper introduces that using different filter and washing method impact on the quality of products by the method of bittern-caustic soda producting flame retardant grade magnesium hydroxide.The test results show that the way of only filter not washingthe magnesium hydroxideafter the precipitation reaction paste and filter and washing twiceafterhydrothermal treatment,not only reduces the labor intensity,solve the problem of difficulty washing because the high viscosityof magnesium hydroxideofthe precipitation reactionpaste,and at the same time,reduce the cost of production.
