摘  要:目的探讨胃癌晚期肠蠕动减慢是否与血清Na+和小肠Na+-K+-ATP酶的变化有关,通过药物干预能否改善这种变化。方法 44只裸鼠,分为空白组,培养液组,模型组,用药组,下腔静脉取血测Na+及免疫荧光测小肠Na+-K+-ATP酶表达情况。结果①空白组灰度值高于3周,5周,7周模型组(P<0.01)及3周,5周培养液组(P<0.01);5周模型组灰度值高于用药3次24 h及48 h组(P<0.05,P<0.01);7周模型组灰度值低于用药组(P<0.05)。②空白组Na+高于5周,7周模型组(P<0.05,P<0.01)及3周,5周培养液组(P<0.05,P<0.01),5周模型组Na+高于用药3次24 h及48 h组(P<0.05,P<0.01),7周模型组Na+低于用药组(P<0.01)。③5周组和7周组的血Na+与小肠ATP酶的表达呈正相关,(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论哇巴因和干细胞因子分别对Na+-K+-ATP酶有抑制和刺激作用,血清Na+的降低可能与小肠ATP酶的减少相关。Objective To investigate whether the slowed intestinal peristalsis appears in the late gastric cancer is related to the change of serum sodium and Na + -K + -ATPase in small intes- tine, and whether the change can be improved by interventing with drug. Methods Forty-four nude mice were divided into blank group, culture medium group, model group, administration group, and the blood Na + in inferior vena cava and the expression of Na + -K + -ATPase in intes- tine were examined by immunofluorescence. Results ①According to gray value, the blank group was significantly higher than 3 w, 5 w, 7 w model group(P 〈0.01 )and culture medium group (P〈0.01), the 5 w model group was higher than 24 h group (P〈0.05) and 48 h group (P 〈0. 01 ), and the 7 w model group was lower than administration group (P 〈0. 05). ②The sodium value in the blank group was higher than that in 5 w, 7 w model group (P 〈 0. 05,P 〈0.01) and 3 w, 5 w culture medium group(P 〈0.05, P 〈0. 01), the 5 w model group was higher than 24 h group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) and 48 h group ( P 〈 0. 01 ). The 7 w model group was lower than SCF group (P 〈0. 01 ). ③The blood sodium value of 5 w and 7 w groupwas positively correlated with Na + -K + -ATPase in intestine ( P 〈 0. 01, P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Na + -K+ -ATPase are stimulated and inhibited respectively by ouabain and stem cell factor. The decreased serum sodium may be related to the reduction of the small intestine Na + -K + -ATPase.
