摘 要:目的:通过比较大鼠葡萄糖酸锰和氯化锰口服后肝脏的磁共振增强效果和肝脏中锰含量两方面的研究,为寻找安全有效的口服锰磁共振新型对比剂提供实验依据。方法:取36只SD大鼠分别灌胃氯化锰和葡萄糖酸锰,灌胃后4h、8h取出肝脏,采用原子吸收法测定肝脏中的锰含量。另取12只大鼠,分别灌胃两种锰溶液后,于相同时间点采用1.5T磁共振仪行横轴面T1WI扫描。结果:灌胃两种锰溶液后4h、8h,氯化锰组大鼠肝脏中锰含量均高于葡萄糖酸锰组,但两组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);磁共振图像显示灌胃后相同时间点,氯化锰组大鼠肝脏的信号强度均高于葡萄糖酸锰组,其中灌胃后4h两组T1信噪比和信号增加百分率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:氯化锰较葡萄糖酸锰更适合作为口服的肝脏磁共振对比剂。Objective:To compare the signal enhancement and manganese contents in the rat liver after orally administrating manganese gluconate and manganese chloride in order to find safe and effective oral manganese-based magnetic reso nance imaging contrast agent. Methods: Thirty-six Sprague Dawley (SD) rats were respectively administrated manganese gluconate and manganese chloride and sacrificed after 4 and 8 hours. The livers were collected and the contents of manganese in the livers were tested by atomic absorption. Another twelve rats were performed with T1- weighted imaging (T1WI) using a 1.5T MR system. The time-points for imaging were precontrast,4 and 8 hours after two manganese-based solutions intake. Results:Compared with the manganese gluconate group, the contents of manganese in the livers of the manganese chloride group were higher at two point-times (P〉0.05). At the same time-point after intra-gastric administration, signal intensity of rat livers of the manganese chloride group was higher than that of the manganese gluconate group. At the 4 hour time point,the T1 signal-to-noise (S/N) ratio and percentage increase of S/N of the manganese chloride group were signifi cantly different from the manganese gluconate group (P〈0.01). Conclusion:Compared with manganese gluconate, manga nese chloride is more suitable as manganese-based oral contrast agent for liver MR imaging.
