摘 要:目的:评估流动树脂不同衬洞方法对树脂充填Ⅱ类洞时微渗漏的影响。方法:选择30个离体恒磨牙,在近中邻面分别制备颈壁止于釉牙骨质界上1 mm的Ⅱ类洞后,随机分为3组(n=10)。A组(对照组):全层充填通用型树脂;B组:放入流动树脂约1 mm后不固化,立即放入1 mm通用型树脂,轻压,去除多余的流动树脂,固化后再以通用树脂充填全层;C组:放入流动树脂1 mm后先固化,再以通用树脂充填全层。充填完成后的所有牙经冷热循环500次后,亚甲基蓝染色,体视显微镜观察,并以0~4级分级标准评价各组微渗漏。数据用轶和检验统计分析。结果:两流动树脂衬洞充填组微渗漏均明显小于对照组(P<0.05);而流动树脂不同衬洞方法组间微渗漏无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:使用流动树脂衬洞有利于减小复合树脂充填后微渗漏的形成。AIM: To investigae the effects of cavity lining with flowable composte resin on the microleakage of class Ⅱ restorations. METHODS:C/ass Ⅱ cavities were prepared on medial-proximal surface of 30 extracted per- manent molars. After cavity preparation, the teeth were divided into 3 groups (n = 10). In group A the cavity was filled with FiltekTM Z350 universal resin, In group B the cavity was lined with 1 mm-thick flowable composite resin, and then 1ram thick FiltekTM Z350 resin, excess resin was removed, after lighteuring the cavity was filled with FiltekTM Z350. In group C the cavity was lined with 1 mm -thick flowable composite resin and followed by light curing, then filled with FiltekTM Z350. All filled teeth were thermocycled for 500 times and were then stained with methylene blue for 24 h. The Depth of methylene penetration was measured under stereomicroscope. RESULTS : Microleakage of group B and C was significantly less than that of group A ( P 〈 0.05 ). No statistically significant difference was found between group B and group C ( P 〉 0.05 ). CONCLUSION : Flowable composite resin cavity lining can reduce microleakage of class II restorations .
