摘 要:目的:运用CT扫描评价3种不同器械根管再治疗的效果。方法:选择75个单根管离体上颌第一前磨牙,采用Protaper镍钛锉进行根管预备,并行冷牙胶侧方加压根管充填后随机分为3组,分别采用手用不锈钢锉(A组),Protaper再治疗锉(B组),Race再治疗锉(C组)进行根管再治疗。再治疗前后分别进行CT扫描,观察根管充填材料体积变化,并计算根管充填材料清除率。并记录根管再治疗操作所消耗的时间和操作过程中器械折断情况。结果:A、B、C三组充填材料清除率(%)分别为90.51±6.36、94.80±8.22、97.66±10.17(A组与C组比较P<0.05);操作时间(min)分别为13.89±2.55、7.90±1.84、5.00±0.23(A组与B或C组比较,P<0.05);器械折断数分别为0、2、1(P>0.05)。结论:根管充填材料难以完全彻底去除,Race再治疗锉组根管充填材料残留少,显著减少操作时间。AIM: To investigate the efficiency of three different techniques for removal of filling material from root canals evaluaed by computed tomography (CT). METHODS: 75 extracted single-rooted human maxillary first premolars with single canal were instrumented by Protaper rotary flies and filled with cold lateral compaction and sealer. The teeth were randomly assigned to 3 groups ( n = 25 ). Endodontic retreatment was conducted by hand instru- mentation with K-type files ( group A), rotary instrumentation with engine-driven ProTaper system ( group B) and rota- ry instrumentation with Race system (Group C) respectively. CT scan was used to assess the volume of filling material inside the root canals before and after the removal procedure. The time of retreatment and the number and sort of frac- tured instruments were recorded. RESULTS : The average percentage of the volume of filling material removed from the root canals in group A, B and C was 90.51 ± 6.36,94.80 ± 8.22 and 97.66 ± 10.17 respectively ( group C vs A, P 〈 0.05 ). The retreatment time of A, B and C min) was 13.89 ± 2.55,7.90 ± 1.84 and 5.0 ± 0.23 respectively( group A vs B or C,P 〈 0.05 ). The number of fractured instruments was 0, 2 and 1 ( P 〉 0.05 ). CONCLUSION: The tech- niques evaluated in this study can not completely remove the filling material from the root canals. Race system is more effective than K-type file and ProTaper system.
