摘　　要：目的　探讨治疗黄斑裂孔视网膜浅脱离的手术方式。方法　回顾性分析了 71例 71眼黄斑裂孔视网膜浅脱离不同手术方式的临床效果。结果　单纯气液交换术 ,环扎放液注气术和玻璃体切除术对黄斑裂孔视网膜浅脱离的治愈率接近。结论　对黄斑裂孔视网膜浅脱离能用简单手术的应作为首选手术方式。Objective To evaluate the surgical procedure for macular hole with shallow retinal detachment.Method Retrospective analysis of the clinical effect of different surgical procedure in 71 eyes of 71 cases.Results The rate of retinal reattachment was similar among the simple gas-fluid exchange,scleral buckle with drainage of subretinal fluid and gas tamponade,and vitrectomy.Conclusion The simple surgical procedure should be the first choice for macular hole with shallow retinal detachment.
