方形截囊术在皮质性白内障超声乳化摘除术中的应用

摘　　要：目的　探讨方形截囊术在皮质性白内障超声乳化摘除术中的临床应用效果。方法　采用方形截囊术对 32例 (35眼 )皮质性白内障行超声乳化摘除及后房型人工晶体植入术。术后三月散瞳后通过房角镜观察人工晶体的固定位置。结果　术中 33眼 (94.3% )成功完成方形截囊 ,2眼 (5 .7% )失败改为开罐式截囊。术后有 30眼(85 .7% )人工晶体的双襻均在囊袋内。结论　方形截囊术为皮质性白内障超声乳化摘除提供了一个边缘光滑整齐、抗撕裂、无前囊碎片的开口 ,同时确保了人工晶体囊袋内固定的可靠性。Objective To investigate the effect of square-shaped anterior capsulotomy in phacoemulsificatin for cortical cataracts.Methods 32 cases (35 eyes) underwent phacoemulsification and intracapsular lens implantation through square-shaped anterior capsulotomy.The loop fixation of IOl was observed by gonioscopy after mydriasis 3 months after the operation.Results Square-shaped anterior capsulotomy was well done in 33 eyes(94.3%) during the operation.Can-opener capsulotomy as transformed to in 2 eyes(5.7%).The both loops of IOL in 30 eyes(85.7%) were in the capsular bag 3 months after the operation.Conclusion The results show that the square-shaped anterior capsulotomy provides a tag-free opening with smooth edges and excellent tear resistance for cortical cataracts,and raises the reliability of IOl intracapsular fixation.
