摘  要:目的:借助疲劳循环模拟老化条件,探讨氯己定预处理对牙本质粘接界面的作用。方法:36颗离体第三磨牙使用全酸蚀粘接剂Adper Single Bond 2进行粘接处理,粘接前涂布2%氯己定作为预处理,分别在即刻和经疲劳循环老化后,观察氯己定预处理对粘接界面的作用。结果:即刻测试的两处理组间的微拉伸强度无显著性差异。疲劳循环老化后,CHX+SB组的微拉伸强度显著高于SB组(P<0.05)。纳米渗漏检测的结果显示疲劳循环老化后,SB组的纳米渗漏显著增多(P<0.05)。结论:氯己定预处理可以抑制疲劳循环老化引起的粘接界面的退变,提高粘接界面的稳定性。Objective.. To investigate the effect of chlorhexidine preconditioning on the bonding when using me- chanical load cycling as an aging challenge. Methods: Thirty-six non-carious third molars were randomly divided into four groups according to the dentin treatments: Adper Single Bond 2 or 2 % chlorhexidine preconditioning plus Adper Single Bond 2. The specimens in each group were subjected to the microtensile bond strength (μTBS) and interracial nanoleakage evaluation with or without aging by mechanical load cycling and thermocycling. Results: Pre- treatment with CHX presented significantly a higher μTBS and a lower degree of nanoleakage than those of SB group after aging (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Pre-treatment with chlorhexidine can inhibit the degradation of resin-dentin bonds induced by fatigue and thus improve the bonding stability.
